Head of Innovation and Dispute Resolution

TJ Enos Airo is a founding Partner of Airo Associates Advocates LLP and heads the firm’s Innovation and Dispute Resolution practice. An honours graduate of the University of Nairobi, he combines technical legal depth with practical commercial insight.

TJ leads the firm’s approach to resolving and preventing disputes, covering commercial and contractual disputes, intellectual property infringement claims, employment and labour matters, real estate and land disputes, and negotiation, mediation and ADR, while driving the agile, forward-looking legal strategies the firm is built on.

Sally Waithera is a founding Partner of Airo Associates Advocates LLP and heads the firm’s Corporate & Commercial and Intellectual Property practices. An honours graduate of the University of Nairobi, she advises startups, SMEs and established corporations on structuring, protecting and growing their businesses.

Sally leads the firm’s transactional work, including shareholding and joint venture arrangements, high-value commercial contracts, corporate governance and cross-border structuring, alongside trademark, copyright and licensing matters that turn clients’ intellectual property into a competitive asset.
